Job Description –
Developing new products: Using research methods and creative abilities to develop new products that meet the needs of the target market
Improving existing products: Using research methods and creative abilities to improve existing products
Managing product testing: Managing product testing and trials to assess the materials used, the efficiency of the process, and the effectiveness of the final product
Managing R&D staff: Managing other R&D staff, ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed
Budgeting: Budgeting and forecasting new developments or research plans
Presenting at conferences: Presenting at conferences on research topics
Managing strategic relationships: Managing strategic relationships across a diverse group of internal and external resources
Keeping track of competitors: Keeping a track on the competitors and maintaining critical knowledge about the developments happening in the relevant space.
Experience – 20 + years – Pharmaceutical experience only
Location – Malad – Mumbai
