ENGINEERING (INJECTABLES)
1. Position: Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Fitter)
Required Skills : HVAC & Utilities:
• Maintenance of Cold Rooms, Walk-in Incubators, Deep Freezers, LAFUS, DPBs, GCs, Biosafety Cabinets, Industrial Refrigerators, LSSUs, Chillers and Hot Water Generation Systems
• Preventive maintenance of Cold Rooms and Walk-In Incubators (cold and hot)
• BMS and EMS operations, alarm handling with GMP documentation
• Preventive and operational maintenance of HVAC Chillers
• Operation and preventive maintenance of AHUs, OAUS, VAUS, EFFs, and RCUs
• Perform preventive maintenance while simultaneously updating log books and GCRs
• To attend break down, preventive and corrective maintenance works
Mechanical Maintenance:
The candidate should have experience in handling breakdowns and preventive maintenance of Liquid Washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclave & Labelling Machines, Jacketed Vessels, and Lyophilisation.
Skilled in managing shift operations for process equipment such as Bio Reactors, WFI Coolers, Centrifuges, Autoclaves, Glassware Washers Media & Pooling Vessels, TFF, -70 Deep Freezers, CIP/SIP systems, Bio Safety Cabinets, Sealers, Blending Equipment, Autoclaves, Vail Packing Lines, Auto Cartonating, Auto Optical Testing Machine and CIP/SIP Systems.
Instrumentation Maintenance:
Skilled in handling shift operations for Instrumentation activities such as BMS, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and calibration, AMC and Interim projects, Reviewing the completion of breakdown status / calibration / PM works.
Performing basic troubleshooting in PLC and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA).
