1.Production
Officer/Operator (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc/
B.Sc/Diploma/ITI)
Experience: 2-7 years
Exposure of handling and compliance of various compression, coating and granulation machines/equipment’s like GEA, Codmach, Fette, Korsch, coaters, RMG, FBE, FBD etc.
Online documentation of BMR and log books during execution of batches.
2.Packing
Officer/Operator (BSC/BPharm/Diploma/ITI)
Experience: 2-7 years
Exposure and troubleshooting knowledge of primary and secondary
CVC packing line
Experience in cleaning process, challenge test and area cleaning activities
Experience in track and trace and serialization activities and cleaning process
3.Quality Assurance
Executive/Officer (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc)
Experience: 2-7 years
Equipment Validation & Qualification QMS, IPQA, Review of Documents, Line clearance Investigation, Audit Trail, Report Preparation
4.Quality Control
Executive/Officer (M. Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc)
Experience: 2-7 years
exposure of Waters HPL, Dissolution, GC and other Instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP product analysis Handling of QMS related
Activities
Exposure of various instruments/software like Empower 3, LIMS and other software’s
5.Microbiology
Executive/Officer (M.Sc/B.Sc)
Experience: 2-6 years
Media Preparation, MLT/BET Environment Monitoring, Investigation
QMS, Culture Management
6.Engineering department
Executive/Officer (Diploma/B Tech)
Electrical/Electronics Engineer
Experience: 3-5 years
Exposure of HT, LT panel Sub-station DG set.
Must be able understand Electrical Drawings, SLD.
Knowledge of VFD PLC HMI, AC DC drive, Servo Motor and Control.
Exposure of electrical/ electronic breakdown and Troubleshooting is mandatory.
Electrical standards
Knowledge of Computer, QMS, GMP Guidelines and Pharmaceutical experience is desirable.
7.Engineering department
Technician/Operator
(Diploma/ITI)
Experience: 2-4 years
HVAC: Operation and Maintenance of HVAC
Pressure Balancing and Documentation.
Knowledge of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, cGMP and computer is desirable.
Utility: Operation and Maintenance of Air Compressor, Chiller, Air Dryer, DG Set, Nitrogen plant, Water system and Pumping system.
Knowledge of GMP and computer is desirable.
Water System: Operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of Bore well, Soft water, Potable Water, DM water, Purified water Knowledge of GMP and computer is desirable.
Electrical/Instrument: Operation and Maintenance of HT, LT DG set, PCC Panel/Breakers, Transformer earthing, Electrical circuits, pneumatic and control.
Knowledge of cGMP and computer is desirable.
