• Issuance and Retrieval of GMP Document
• Working experience over SAP, Trackwise and other related software
• Review of BMR/BPR and process validation reports, in process testing, sampling & line clearance & Media Fill
• Validation & Qualification Of Equipments.
2.QC- Micro
Officer/Executive
(Experience: 02 to 8 yrs)
Qualifications: M.Sc/B.Sc
• Environment Monitoring,
• Investigation
• Media Preparation,
• BET, MLT, Sterility testing, Water analysis,
Water sampling,
• QMS, Review & Issuance of Documents
• GLP
3.Quality Control
Officer/Executive
(Experience: 02 to 07 yrs)
Qualification: M.Sc/B.Sc
• Exposure of water HPLC, Dissolution, GC and other Instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP product analysis
• Handling of QMS related Activities
• Exposure of various instruments/ software like empower 3, LIMS and other software
4.Production
(Aseptic Area + INJ)
Operator
(Experience: 02 to 05 yrs)
Qualification: B.Sc/Diploma/iti
• Batch Manufacturing
• Exposure to Leak Test/ Skid Operations/ Filling/ Vial Washing
• Autoclave/ Lyo Operations
• Exp of Ampho/ Bupivacaine
• Exp of Handling Isolator/VHP Based Filling area
5.Packing
Visual Inspection officer/Operator
(Experience: 02 to 07 yrs)
Qualification: B.Pharm/M.sc/B.sc/ Diploma/ITI
• Exposure and troubleshooting knowledge of primary and secondary packing line
• Experience in cleaning process, challenge test and area cleaning activities
• Experience in track and trace and serialization activities and cleaning process
• Visual Inspection
6.Engineering
Plant Maintenance- Officer
Utility- Operator/Technician)
(Experience: 02 to 06 yrs) Officer- BE/B.Tech,
