Complex Projects:
•Method development and validation of complex products (liposomes, transdermal, long acting injectable, suspensions, Nano particles, Microspheres, topicals and Peptide and oral solid product
•Hands on experience in In it Studies, EB, Solid Stale characterisation, Impurity characterisation, sameness study
•Good understanding and hands on experience of analytical instruments like HPLC, LC-MS/MS, CD, SEC, GPC and lon Chromatography.
•Perform maintenance and calibration of lab instruments / equipment.
•Well versed with USP/EP/BP/JP and various current regulatory guidelines (ICH/EMEA/FDA)
FnD Support:
•HPLC/GC method development for OSD products having exposure to regulated, Semi Regulated & India markets
• NI/GI & NDSRI with LCMS/GCMS expertise, Solid state characterization,
Microbiology
AVD:
•Method feasibility/verification/validation/Equivalency of API and Oral Solid products
•Comparative evaluation of methods with alternative vendor methods versus existing primary vendor and regulatory impact analysis
•Comparative dissolution, multimedia dissolution and statistical analysis and report preparation
•Good understanding and hands on experience of analytical instruments like HP.C, IC.
•Perform maintenance and calibration of lab instruments / equipment.
•Well versed with USP/EP/BP/JP and various current regulatory guidelines (ICH/EMEA/FDA)
