Job Location: Hyderabad, Onsite.
Role: Executive Quality Assurance GLP / GMP
Experience :3 to 5+ years
Qualification: Graduate in Science discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Preparation and Review of SOPs/Guidelines of QA and cross functional departments.
•Review of Instrument/equipment qualification, calibration and maintain records/reports that ensure all Instrument/equipment are maintained in calibrated status.
•Review of Department raw data Report/COA.
•Preparation and Review of employee training schedules and record.
•Preparation and Review of Master Calibration Schedule and Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
•Issue, verification and reconciliation of controlled forms, formats, LNB and logbooks.
•Management of Documentation cell, Storage and Retrieval of documents.
•Management of QA logs (issue of project code/ sample number/ protocol/report number).
•Providing adequate support to cross-functional teams to execute and deliver the projects and submitting required documents to customer.
• Performing internal audits to verify the effectiveness of implemented system.
