🔍 About the Role
As an Associate Scientist, you will play a crucial part in managing Reference Medicinal Products (RMPs) and supporting analytical similarity assessments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that all reference product data and processes are meticulously maintained and optimized.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain and review analytical similarity databases across all product development programs.
- Documentation Support: Contribute to the review of technical reports and regulatory dossier sections.
- RMP Procurement: Handle the sourcing of reference medicinal products, coordinate internal/external communications, and maintain RMP libraries and tracking lists.
- Logistics Coordination: Support the shipment and receipt of RMPs, including photographing leaflets and packaging materials.
- Workflow Optimization: Participate in cross-functional discussions to enhance RMP processes and drive workflow improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to improvement initiatives and assist in various team-based tasks.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic experience in the biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and GraphPad Prism.
