Job Overview
The company is seeking experienced professionals for its Production Department to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing processes. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality, adhering to regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards in production processes.
Oversee batch initiation, monitor production, and ensure adherence to SOPs and specifications.
•Calibrate balances and instruments for accurate measurements and documentation.
•Review and verify Batch Records (BR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and validation protocols.
•Work closely with QA, QC, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
•Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience:
2 to 7 years in production within the API industry.
Skills Required:
•Strong knowledge of GMP standards.
•Expertise in documentation review and troubleshooting.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
