🔹 Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)
- Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Pharmacy, Diploma, B.Sc., ITI
- Responsibilities:
- Upstream and downstream manufacturing of bacterial/viral antigens
- Documentation in line with QA/QC and cGMP compliance
- Batch execution and process timelines
🔹 Production Formulations (Injectables / Vaccines)
- Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Pharmacy, Diploma, B.Sc., ITI
- Key Functions:
- Blending: Handling formulation plans, CIP, and SIP
- Filling: Managing filling lines, autoclaves, sterilizers
- Packing & Labelling: Handling VVMs, inspection systems, Track & Trace
🔹 Engineering (Biologics / Injectables)
- Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma
- Expertise Required In:
- Process Equipment Maintenance: Vial washing, capping, lyophilization, autoclaves
- Instrumentation: PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, AMC, calibration, BMS operations
🔹 Quality Assurance (QA), QMS & IPQA
- Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive
- Qualification: M.Pharmacy / M.Sc. / B.Pharmacy
- Departments:
- AQA: SOPs review, OOS/OOT, CAPA, logbook tracking
- QMS: Change controls, audits, site master file, quality risk assessments
- IPQA – Drug Substance & Product: In-process checks, document review, batch validation, and GMP compliance
