Biotech healthcare carrier opportunity:
Senior Officer – Quality Control (Chemical Analysis) – Injectable
Required Experience: 2 to 4 years
Role & Responsibilities
• Perform sampling & testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples in accordance with Standard Test Procedures (STPs).
• Conduct water testing (Purified Water and Water for Injection) as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Calibrate quality control (QC) instruments as per the prescribed schedule and maintain calibration records.
• Prepare volumetric solutions, reagents, and working standards following SOP guidelines.
• Maintain records related to chemical inventories, glassware certifications, and required materials.
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ensuring proper documentation for all QC activities.
• Monitor and record temperature and humidity conditions in the QC area.
• Demonstrate proficiency in analytical testing and operation of QC instruments.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), testing logs and calibration schedules.
• Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of samples to external laboratories, maintaining records of reports received
• Record and manage data for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in the system.
