The company is hiring for the position of Data Process Trainee / Executive at its Pune (Hinjewadi) office. Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in interview scheduled on 16 June 2026.

Job Role
The position offered is Data Process Trainee / Executive (Health Insurance). The role involves non-voice data processing activities and requires candidates to work from the office in rotational shifts, including night shifts when required.
Job Location
The job location is Pune, specifically at Hinjewadi Phase-3.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed either B.Pharmacy or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
Applicants from the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches are eligible to apply.
Only freshers with no prior work experience are eligible for this recruitment drive.
Candidates Not Eligible
Infosys BPM has clearly stated that candidates holding B.Tech, BE, BCA, MBA, M.Com, MCA, or any postgraduate degree are not eligible.
Applicants with more than six months of work experience will also not be considered.
Candidates with overlapping work experience and graduation years should not apply.
Walk-In Interview Schedule
The walk-in drive will be conducted on 16 June 2026 (Tuesday).
Candidates must report between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Entry will not be permitted after 11:30 AM.
The selection process consists of two rounds:
Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment
Timing: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Round 2 – HR & Operations Screening (Face-to-Face)
Timing: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling data processing activities related to the Health Insurance domain. They will work on operational tasks, maintain data accuracy, process information efficiently, and support business operations.
Required Skills
Candidates should possess basic computer knowledge and be familiar with MS Office applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Applicants should have strong analytical abilities, multitasking skills, and the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new processes.

Candidates attending the walk-in drive must carry:
- Two copies of their updated resume/CV
- PAN Card (mandatory)
- Aadhaar Card
- Graduation completion certificate
- All semester mark sheets
- Recent passport-size photographs
Technical Requirements
Applicants should carry a working smartphone equipped with a camera and microphone.
The SHL application must be downloaded and installed before the assessment.
A minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps is required.
