The Role: Pharmaceutical Development Scientists
Aurigene is looking for highly skilled and motivated scientists with expertise in pharmaceutical development. As a Pharmaceutical Development Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of cancer therapies, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across research, clinical development, and regulatory affairs. Your work will directly contribute to the development of drug candidates that can potentially change the standard of care for cancer patients.

Position: Scientist – Pharmaceutical Development
DESIRED PROFILE :
M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with 8 – 10 years of industrial experience or PhD in drug delivery/biopharmaceutics with 1 – 4 years of industrial experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Hands on experience in developing and manufacturing different types of enabling and novel formulations for improving the bio-pharmaceutical properties and bioavailability of New Chemical Entities (NCE’s). In-depth knowledge in developing advanced oral & parenteral delivery systems like lipid-based delivery systems, nano-particulate systems, biodegradable polymeric systems etc. is must.
• In depth knowledge about physicochemical properties of NCE’s that governs developability of them further to clinic (Ex. Beyond rule of 5 molecules, BCS Class I/III/IV molecules etc.).
• Should have good understanding on overall pharmaceutical development processes during NCE development.
• Understanding about conducting solid-state characterization, polymorph screening and salt screening experiments would have added weightage.
• Hands on experience in preparation of protocols, guidelines, SOPs for lab equipment / instruments and processes.
• Should have good understanding about principles of GLP, GMP, ICH guidelines and systems and process pertaining to safety, health and environment.
