1.POSITIONS:OFFICER TO EXECUTIVE
Department: Quality Assurance – QMS (Injectable)
Qualification: B. Pharmacy & M. Pharmacy
Experience: 3 – 8 Years
Skills:
• Should have experience in QA QMS / IPQA / Production
OMS in Injectable facility & handling Investigation of deviation, change controls, CAPA etc.
2.POSITIONS: OFFICER TO SR. OFFICER
Department: Quality Assurance (Doc Cell)
Retain Sample
Qualification: M.Sc., B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Skills:
• Management & performing periodic observation of retain sample & identified the deviation through periodic observation. Review of Temperature/RH data in retained samples area.
• Preparation of monthly/yearly schedule for Retain sample for periodic observation & destruction of Retain sample.
Knowledge of SAP, LIMS & QMS Activities.
3.OFFICER TO EXECUTIVE
Department: Quality Assurance (Doc Cell) Stability Qualification: M. Sc., B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Skills:
• Handling of Stability activity Le. Charging & Withdrawal of stability sample. Prepare & review monthly stability sample testing schedule.
• Chamber management Le. Alarm verification as per
Schedule and time synchronization of stability chambers.
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS & QMS Activities.
Positions:
4.OFFICER TO SR. OFFICER
Department: Quality Assurance (Doc Cell)
Document Issuance & Retrieval
Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc.
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Skills:
• Handling documentation activities (ve. Issuance, retrieval of documents) with compliance of SOP, GMP & GDP during day-to-day activities
• Knowledge of Computer Literacy, software SAP and QMS activities
5.OFFICER TO SR.OFFICER
Department: Quality Assurance (Doc Cell) PQR
Qualification: M. Sc., B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
Skills:
•Preparation d PQR schedule & data entries •Preparation and review of PQR knowledge of minitab software for Statistical evacuation of data. To co-ordination with QMS & QC team for documents required for compilation of POR.
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS & QMS Activities
6.OFFICER TO EXECUTIVE
Department: Quality Assurance – OSD (IPQA OSD)
Retain Sample
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma
Experience: 2 – 9 Years
Skills:
• Officer to St. Officer: Experience in IPOA OSD Mig. & PKG,
Review of BPCR, MPCR, In Process Control Check
• Executive: Preparation & Review of Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, MPCR & BPCR.
