- Educational Background: Nursing / Pharma only
- Certification: CPC or CCS (Mandatory)
- Experience: 0–7 years (clinical or non-clinical)
- Communication: Good spoken and interpretation skills
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of medical terminologies, anatomy, and physiology
