🧪 Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate, you will:
- Synthesize, purify, and characterize chemical intermediates.
- Deliver novel chemical entities for drug discovery programs.
- Work collaboratively in a research-driven team.
- Utilize practical knowledge in TLC, column purification, extractions, and safety practices.
- Apply advanced understanding of NMR, IR, and Mass Spectrometry.
- Demonstrate strong fundamentals in organic chemistry, including name reactions, mechanisms, and stoichiometric calculations.
🎓 Desired Candidate Profile
- Education:
M.Sc. in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry
or
M.Pharm (Specialized in Organic Synthesis) - Experience:
0–1 year (including project work or industrial training) - Skills:
Strong scientific aptitude, collaborative attitude, safety awareness, and effective communication.
