Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager in a reputed pharmaceutical company specializing in Oncology or any Super Specialty.
• Strong scientific knowledge coupled with effective communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities.
• Strong and insightful data analytical skills.
• Proven track records in successful portfolio management, creating strong brands and achieving positive P&L outcomes.
• Strong customer connection and KOL development through CME, advisory, and fieldwork activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Leaders to identify, analyze, and address key challenges, leveraging expertise to provide strategic advice on objectives and product roadmaps.
