Position Overview:
We are urgently hiring for experienced professionals to join our production department as Assistant Manager and Production Manager. Candidates should have a strong background in formulation (OSD) with the required qualifications and experience in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee the entire manufacturing process for Oral Solid Dosage forms, ensuring adherence to operational plans and specifications for granulation, compression, coating, and packaging.
– Ensure all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements of US FDA, MHRA, and other applicable authorities.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards, ensuring high-quality product output.
– Supervise manufacturing operations, including granulation, compression, coating, and primary & secondary packing.
– Manage raw material and packing material handling and inventory control to ensure production efficiency.
– Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and participate in audits and inspections as necessary.
– Plan and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
– Lead, mentor, and train production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement process enhancements.
– Monitor production metrics and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Qualifications:
– Education: B.Pharma or M.Pharma from a recognized institution.
– Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in formulation (OSD).
– Technical Skills: Strong exposure to manufacturing processes, including granulation, compression, coating, and packing (primary & secondary).
– Knowledge of QMS: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
– Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced production setting.
Compensation:
CTC: ₹10 to ₹12 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
