Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – CQ, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality and compliance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring training records are current and accurately filed.
- Sampling and labeling of materials in accordance with SOPs.
- Verifying laboratory instruments and maintaining equipment.
- Reviewing test data for accuracy, precision, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing documentation under GMP and GLP standards.
- Revising SOPs, analytical methods, and relevant documentation.
- Conducting analysis on raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Utilizing EMS systems and computerized databases for data entry and report generation.
- Collaborating on complex projects and ensuring timely execution.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Quality Control.
- Proficiency in raw material, finished product, and stability testing.
- Sound knowledge of GMP regulations and compendial methods.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC techniques using EMPOWER software.
- Familiarity with ICP-MS for elemental impurities analysis.
- Working knowledge of ICH guidelines and USP chapters.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
