Requirement Details:
1) Injectable Production / Manufacturing
• Expertise in Handling Filling operations of PFS,
Cartridges B+S Liquid Vial / Compounding/
Aseptic
• Exposure to Isolators, Vial Wash, Tunnel, Lyophilizer, and Autoclave
• Must have experience with USDA regulatory environment.
• Diploma/B-Tech – Enge (Minimum 60%).
• Experience:2 – 6 Years
2)Engineering
•Must have exposure in handling of Process Area maintenance like Manufacturing
Vessels, Filling machine, Autoclave,
Isolators and Lyophilization.
•Automation Engineering with hand on experience in manufacturing and filling area.
Electrical 33KV license is mandatory
• HVAC, Utility, Water systems, instrumentation, Process control
• Diploma/B.Tech / (Mechanical,
Instrumentation) – (Minimum 60%)
• Experience: 4-8 Years
3)Quality Control
•Hands on experience in Handling of HPLC, GC
•Expertise in Handling of KF instrument, IR UV & Chemical Analysis.
•Working experience in acGMP witha special emphasis on GDP(Good Documentation Practices)
•Knowledge on Stability.
•Must have experience with USFDA
•regulatory environment and process
M.Sc. (Minimum 60%)
•Experience: 3-8 Years
4)Quality Assurance
•Should have experience in QMS, Knowledge in Investigations, Risk assessment, deviations, change control and CAPA.
• Line clearance activities, document review.
