•3 to 6 years Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruitment firm specializing in Pharma
•Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e g., social platforms, professional network
• Identify critical, niche positions and proactively build a talent pipeline
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening and in-person interviews.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
•Should be willing to go to Walk-in Drives, Campus Hiring
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
