Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health)
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a key role in managing the execution and monitoring of clinical trials across study sites. Your main duties will include:
- Conducting site feasibility analysis and identifying qualified investigators.
- Handling budget negotiations and executing confidentiality and study contracts.
- Preparing and submitting documents for Ethics Committee (EC) approvals.
- Managing investigational product (IP) dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation.
- Ensuring timely execution of site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Training site personnel on study protocols, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and standard procedures.
- Facilitating recruitment of participants and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring timely reporting of Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and SUSARs, and compliance with PV policies.
- Identifying site-level risks and developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinating with internal teams or CRO partners for data management and statistical reporting.

- Sound knowledge of clinical trial regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and ethical research practices.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in site management and handling documentation.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues efficiently.
