Requirement of Manpower for Manufacturing (Vial, Cartridge, Lyophiliser, PFS & BFS)
Designation: Jr Operator or Operator and Executive (Filling)
Qualification: B. Sc, M. Sc, B. Pharma and B. Tech,Diploma(mech) or IT (Fitter orElectrical),
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
No Of Positions: 30
Salary Range: 2.4 Ipa to 4.8 lpa
Job description:
1) Should have basic idea on aseptic operations
2) Should have an idea on Vail, cartridge and ampoule Filling.
3) Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain desired line speed
4) Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedule
5( Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shift.
Should be able handle line activities of Manufacturing of Injectable .
6) Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
7)Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed.
