The company is inviting qualified candidates with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing to attend the recruitment drive scheduled for Friday, September 12th, 2025, from 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Opportunities in Injectable Production
This recruitment drive is aimed at strengthening Gland Pharma’s production team at its Unit-2 facility in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad. The roles are open to candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
Education: B.Sc., B. Pharmacy, M.Sc., or M. Pharmacy
Experience: 2 to 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in production
Required Skills & Expertise
Gland Pharma is looking for professionals with skills in:
Aseptic compounding and troubleshooting equipment
Dry powder filling operations
Autoclave operation, vial sealing, line chemistry, and filtration
Maintaining cleanliness in production and compounding areas
Understanding of batch manufacturing processes, APA protocols, and online documentation
Effective coordination within Cross-Functional Teams (CFT)
Key roles include filling operators, cleaning operators, and professionals for lyophilization and bag line operations.
