Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate in Talent Attraction & Acquisition, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Develop sourcing strategies based on workforce forecasts.
- Execute large-scale hiring projects across multiple business functions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

- Support recruitment automation and process improvements.
