Role Summary
The Senior Manager – Accounting will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing operational and plant accounting activities, supporting financial systems, and providing financial insights that drive strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with Ind AS and IFRS.
- Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate internal as well as external audits.
- Manage operational and plant accounting functions.
- Drive accounting processes and financial operations using SAP.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and Indian Taxation.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP.
