Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling sample accessioning and data entry processes while ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures and quality standards.
Main Duties
- Perform first and second entry of patient demographics and administrative information from requisition forms.
- Process requisitions received from various regional laboratory teams.
- Complete assigned batches within defined turnaround times.
- Execute accessioning and data entry activities under supervision during training.
- Independently perform accessioning tasks after successful completion of training.
- Ensure timely processing of received batches.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation.
- Support on-call and after-hours duties when required.
- Follow all departmental and interdepartmental SOPs.
- Participate in mandatory training programs.
- Maintain updated training records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively within team environments.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in the clinical research industry.
- Master’s Degree in Science.
