Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations.
- Handle workforce planning and management activities.
- Monitor attendance and leave management processes.
- Execute HR operational activities efficiently.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure smooth HR administration through SAP HR systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for employee-related operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Management and Workforce Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR (Mandatory).
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment (3-shift model).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
