Position 1: Executive / Senior Executive – Maintenance Engineering (OSD)
Experience
- 2–7 Years in the Pharma Industry
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
Job Location

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
- Handle equipment such as Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), compression machines, coating machines, blenders, rapid mixer granulators (RMG), capsule filling machines, blister packaging machines, bulk counting lines, sachet filling lines, and sterilization equipment.
- Carry out inspection activities and equipment troubleshooting.
- Work with PLC, HMI, IPC, and SCADA systems.
Position 2: Executive / Senior Executive – Packing (OSD)
Experience
- 2–8 Years in the Pharma/FMCG Industry
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
Job Location
- Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), auger filling, auto-cartoning, case packing, palletizing, sterilization, and end-of-line packaging equipment.
- Perform machine setup and product changeovers efficiently.
- Maintain pneumatic, servo, PLC/HMI robotic pick-and-place, barcode vision inspection, labeling, aggregation, and traceability systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
