- 2–7 years (ITI candidates with API industry experience)

- API Production & Bulk Drug Manufacturing
- Batch start-up and process monitoring
- GMP compliance
- Calibration of balances
- Batch records, SOPs, BMR/BPR documentation
- Validation protocols and process efficiency
2. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Qualification:
- M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
- M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry
- M.Pharm
Experience:
- 2–5 years in API Industry
Key Skills:
- HPLC Method Development & Optimization
- Method Validation as per ICH Guidelines

3. Technical Services Department (TSD) – R&D
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience:
- 5–12 years in API Industry

- Process Development & Scale-up
- Technology Transfer
- Process Troubleshooting
- Process Optimization & Validation
- Cost Reduction Initiatives
- Cross-functional coordination with Production, QA, QC & Engineering teams
4. Quality Control
Qualification:
- M.Sc. Organic Chemistry

- 2–5 years in API Industry
