Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
- Knowledge of Spanish language will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services.
- Provide professional customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in internal CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies related to patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.
- Meet key performance metrics including call quality, Average Handling Time (AHT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely closure.
