Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (12th Pass)
• Graduates and Postgraduates are also eligible
• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with BPO/Customer Support experience will have an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
• Hindi and English language proficiency is mandatory
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Flexible to work rotational shifts and week-offs
• Should not be pursuing regular college education
• Willing to work from the office
• Comfortable handling voice support processes

Important: Candidates who have applied to Amazon within the last 6 months are not eligible for this drive.

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive:

• Annual CTC: ₹3.96 LPA – ₹4.70 LPA
• Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100 per month (₹13,200 annually)
• Health Insurance Coverage up to ₹5 Lakhs
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per shift
• Overtime Allowance (as per business requirements)
• 5-day working week
• Two consecutive weekly offs (rotational)
