Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact insurance payers to resolve denied and non-denied medical claims.
- Review claims using internal systems and process payments, adjustments, or self-pay resolutions.
- Investigate complex patient accounts and resolve billing-related issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, issue logs, and update trackers.
- Identify trends, process improvements, and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
- Determine accounts that can be resolved without making calls.
- Analyze payer-related issues and support claim reprocessing activities.
- Attend training sessions to improve Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge.
- Ensure accurate claim resolution while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates or Undergraduates from any stream.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Healthcare process.
