1. Plant Maintenance Engineer
Eligibility
- Experience: 2–8 Years
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to information management plans and project specifications.
- Perform engineering data collection, cleansing, transformation, and loading.
- Manage engineering documents including drawings, P&IDs, SLDs, datasheets, and vendor documentation.
- Handle engineering asset lifecycle documentation.
- Work with CMMS, EAM, and ERP systems such as SAP and Maximo.
- Maintain engineering master data and documentation.
- Strong MS Excel skills with large data handling.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and data governance standards.
2. Document Controller
Eligibility
- Experience: 3–6 Years
- Qualification: Diploma/BE in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Control and update project documentation.
- Maintain Document Distribution Matrix (DDM).
- Coordinate project deliverables and progress reporting.
- Implement document management procedures.
- Validate Master Document Registers (MDRs).
- Conduct quality checks on contractor deliverables.
- Maintain company MDR.
- Assign document numbers and metadata.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Support project handover activities.
- Hands-on experience with Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum, and EDMS is preferred.
