Job Responsibilities
Store Manager
- Lead day-to-day operations of the dark store.
- Ensure timely and efficient order processing and fulfillment.
- Create and manage staff schedules for peak operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store teams.
- Monitor KPIs and improve operational productivity.
- Manage inventory and store performance.
Assistant Store Manager
- Support daily store operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock replenishment.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze store metrics and assist in process improvements.
- Support team leadership and performance management.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of last-mile delivery, store operations, and inventory management.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
