Areas of Expertise

- Vial Washing

Key Responsibilities
Operators
- Operate and monitor injectable production equipment.
- Perform machine setup, cleaning, and documentation.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Conduct in-process checks and report abnormalities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety procedures.
Officers / Executives / Senior Executives
- Execute injectable manufacturing operations following cGMP and aseptic practices.
- Supervise production activities and documentation.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Handle deviations, investigations, and CAPA activities.
- Coordinate equipment qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
- Train operators on SOPs and aseptic techniques.
- Support process validation, media fill, and technology transfer activities.
