1. Research & Development (R&D)

• Designation: Chemist / Officer
• Experience: 6–10 Years
• Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute laboratory experiments for API process development.
• Develop scalable and cost-effective synthetic routes.
• Perform analytical work using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and NMR.
• Strong understanding of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and process chemistry.
• Experience in API R&D or Process R&D within the pharmaceutical industry.

2. Accounts

• Designation: Officer
• Experience: 3–6 Years
• Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA or Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/accounting software.

3. Human Resources (HR)

• Designation: Officer
• Experience: 3–8 Years
• Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
