Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- MBA in Human Resource is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Processing HR transactions accurately.
- Maintaining employee records in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
- Supporting HR reporting and compliance audits.
- Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring HR processes comply with organizational standards.
