Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
- Knowledge of Medical Device Complaint Investigation
- Understanding of Risk Management, CAPA, and FMEA
- Familiarity with ISO 14971 and ISO 13485
- Ability to work from the office (WFO)
