Job Responsibilities
As a Tech Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Source highly skilled technical talent for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America.
- Build and execute advanced Boolean search strategies.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, GitHub, Open Web, Trade Forums, and specialized job boards to identify passive candidates.
- Screen and engage experienced technical professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct talent market research and provide hiring intelligence for competitive markets.
Basic Qualifications
Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of corporate or search firm recruiting/research experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of full-time Amazon experience.
Additionally, candidates should have:
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate management tools.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing, research, and market intelligence skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- High-volume and niche technical hiring.
- Technology hiring events, meetups, or user groups.
- Talent sourcing in:
- Data Center Operations
- Critical Facilities
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC
- IT Infrastructure
