Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Performing LC-MS/MS protein characterization, including intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, sequencing, top-down and bottom-up proteomics, PTM analysis, and impurity profiling.
- Operating and maintaining high-resolution mass spectrometry instruments such as Orbitrap and Q-TOF.
- Utilizing advanced analytical techniques including IMS-MS, CD, DSC, DLS, FTIR, CE, and AUC.
- Supporting analytical characterization of biologics and biosimilars.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute multiple analytical projects.
- Ensuring GLP and regulatory compliance while preparing technical reports, SOPs, and scientific documentation.
- Applying strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in research activities.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
- MTech in a relevant field.
- Fresh PhD candidates with relevant expertise in protein characterization are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- 5–8 years of experience in protein characterization for biologics.
- Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS, proteomics, and advanced analytical instrumentation.
- Knowledge of biologics, biosimilars, and regulatory laboratory practices.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
