Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supervising daily store and warehouse operations
- Managing dark store operations efficiently
- Leading and coordinating store staff
- Inventory and stock management
- Monitoring inward and outward material movement
- Handling first-mile and last-mile operations
- Maintaining operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of inventory management and store operations
- Good communication and team management skills
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce will be preferred
