Key Responsibilities
- Bioassay development, validation, and troubleshooting for peptides and monoclonal antibodies.
- Cell-based and cell-free assay development including ELISA.
- Cell bank characterization and cell culture techniques.
- Stability studies, QC testing, and batch release analysis.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ICH, FDA, and EMA guidelines.
- Handle OOS/OOT investigations and technical documentation.
- Lead scientific teams, mentor researchers, and manage projects.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in biologics bioassays (Peptides & Monoclonal Antibodies).
- Strong knowledge of SoftMax Pro and PLA software.
- Expertise in assay optimization and method lifecycle management.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
